I’m Sabrina,
your Red School Menstruality Mentor for Highly Sensitive & Neurodivergent Women.
My work began long before I ever called it that, in the quiet moments when my inner world felt louder than anything around me. There were years when my emotions overwhelmed me, when my sensitivity & AuDHD felt like something I had to manage instead of embrace.
For most of my life, I thought I had to shape-shift to belong. I softened my voice, held back my intensity, mirrored what others needed… and slowly drifted away from who I truly was. Masking became second nature, a survival pattern I barely noticed.
Menstrual cycle awareness changed everything. It gave me a language for the waves inside me and a way back to feeling safe being me. It helped me understand my deepest needs, how to soften into my sensitivity, and why inner autumn feels like a mirror while inner winter holds a sense of deep belonging.
This is the space I now hold for women: a place where sensitivity is intelligence, where every phase of your cycle carries a message, and where you can feel safe being yourself. My approach is intuitive and emotional, grounded in kindness, self-trust, and the courage it takes to meet yourself honestly.
I guide women into a relationship with their cycle that feels soft and safe, so they can move through their inner seasons with presence, warmth, and a sense of coming home.
