About me
I’m Sabrina.
I create channeled watercolor portraits and cyclical art rooted in menstrual cycle awareness.
My work didn’t begin as a teaching or a method. It grew out of years of navigating a loud inner world, one shaped by sensitivity, AuDHD, and the constant effort of masking in order to belong. Adjusting, softening, and holding back became automatic, until I slowly lost contact with my own inner rhythm.
Menstrual cycle awareness made inner movement visible.
Across the cycle, I began to notice how perception, tolerance, and truth shift, how some phases ask for clarity and others for rest, withdrawal, or silence. Inner Autumn became a mirror. Inner Winter became a place of return.
Today, I work with the cycle through image rather than instruction.
Through watercolor, symbolism, and womb-based channeling, I translate cyclical states into visual form. My portraits do not depict appearance, they reflect how a cycle moves and what is present within it.
My work is for those who don’t want advice or analysis, but a clear inner reference they can return to across cycles.
A way to recognize themselves without explaining.
A way to see what is already true.
Each portrait becomes a visual anchor for recurring phases of the menstrual cycle.
